(E): In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of FT (D&R) Act, ]992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends the import policy and policy condition of 'Pepper' classified under Chapter 09 ofITC (HS), 2017 - Schedule -1 (Import Policy) as under: Exim Code Item Description Policy 0904 11 Neither crushed nor ground: 0904 11 10 Pepper, long Free 0904 11 20 Light black Free pepper Revised Policy Prohibited Prohibited Revised Policy Condition However, import is free if CIF is above Rs.500/ per kg.
