Subject: Export of Bangalore rose onion against NOCs issued by KAPPEC

on or before 7.9.99.   Attention is invited to Notification No.19 dated 8.7.99, Notification No.25 dated 13.8.99 and Notification No.32 dated 4.11.99. Notification No.32 dated 4.11.99 has extended the time limit for export of Bangalore rose onion from 7.9.99 to 7.12.99. Shipments may be allowed against NOCs issued on or before 7.9.99 by KAPPEC till 7.12.99. Shipments may also be allowed for export of 2000 MT of Bangalore rose onion by M/s Karnataka State Co-operative Marketing Federation Limited against the NOCs already issued by KAPPEC on or before 7.9.99 within the overall ceiling of 10000MT allocated to KAPPEC vide Notification No.19 dated 8.7.99. No fresh NOC will be issued by KAPPEC after 7.9.99. It is further reiterated that the export of Bangalore rose onion may be allowed till 7.12.99 only against NOCs issued by KAPPEC on or before 7.9.99. This issues with the approval of DGFT.
