Subject: Revision / updation of Appendix -2J - List of State Trading Enterprises (STEs) for FTP purpose and eligible STEs for allocation of quota for import under the Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ).
S.O. (E): In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies revised/ updated Appendix-2J - List of State Trading Enterprises (STEs) for FTP purpose and eligible STEs for allocation of quota for import under the Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ), as Annexed. 2. Effect of this Public Notice: Revised / updated Appendix — 2J - List of State Trading Enterprises (STEs) for FTP purpose and eligible STEs for allocation of quota for import under the Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ), is notified.
