Amendment in Appendix 30 A relating to Export Obligation Period under Advance Authorization/DFIA Schemes.

To be published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part­I, Section­I   Government of India Ministry of Commerce and Industry Department of Commerce Directorate General of Foreign Trade   Public Notice No.  96 (RE­2010)/2009­2014 New Delhi, Dated the     7th February, 2012     Sub: Amendment in Appendix  ­ 30 A relating to Export Obligation Period under Advance Authorization/DFIA Schemes.   In exercise of powers conferred under Para 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009­14, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments  in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), 2009­14:­ 2.    The export obligation period of “Silk in any form” appearing at Sl. No. 6 of the Appendix 30A related to “Export Obligation Period for Specified Inputs” is amended as follows with immediate effect:­ Sl.
