TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY (PART­I, SECTION­I)     GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE   PUBLIC NOTICE NO.    24/2009­14 NEW DELHI: THE 8th DECEMBER, 2009     In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of Foreign Trade Policy, 2009­14, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following  amendments in the Handbook of Procedures Vol. I:   In Appendix 37D, Handbook of Procedures Vol. I, in TABLE 1 (FOCUS PRODUCTS), under the heading HANDLOOM PRODUCTS, at Sl.
