In continuation to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 26 December, 2019 on the above mentioned subject, the undersigned is directed to enclose herewith the Supplementary Agenda II for the 94" meeting of the BoA for SEZs scheduled to be held on 3" January, 2020 at 3:00 P.M. for information and necessary action. Soft copy of the supplementary agenda II has also been hosted on the website: www.sezindia.gov.in. The addressees located outside Delhi are requested to download the supplementary agenda II from the above mentioned website.

94.12 Proposal for co-developer status (one proposal)

94.12(i) Request of M/s. MSZ Logistics Private Ltd. for co-developer status in M/s. New Chennai Township a Light Engineering Sector SEZ at Seekinakuppam Village, CheyyurTaluk, Kancheepuram District to develop a part of the SEZ as FTWZ by acquiring 30 acres in the already notified area of the SEZ.

The above mentioned SEZ stands notified on 28.09.2007 over an area of 126.002 hectares.

the M/s. MSZ Logistics Private Ltd. has submitted a proposal for becoming a co-developer in the alreadyaforesaid notified SEZ toarea develop of the a SEZ.part ofthe SEZ as FTWZ by acquiring 30 acres (12.14 hectares) in

with As informed by DC, the Co-developer has submitted MoU dated 22.10.2019 entered into the developer. The proposed amount of investment by the co-developer in the SEZ is Rs. 12 crores over a period of five years.
