Amendments in the Hand Book of Procedure Vol. 1, (RE-2008).

TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY (PART­I, SECTION­I) GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE   PUBLIC NOTICE NO.   51 (RE­2008)/2004­2009 NEW DELHI, DATED THE   17th July 2008               In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004­2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I (RE2007) & (RE2008):   1.      After VKGUY Product Code No. 10.37, contained in Table 10 of Appendix 37A, the following is added as under:   Sl. No. VKGUY Product Code Items Date of export from which benefits will be admissible 38 10.38 Frozen Fish Products covered under the following ITC HS codes: ‘0303’, ‘030420’, ‘030611’, ‘030612’, ‘030614’, ‘030710’,  ‘030739’,  ‘030759’,  ‘030760’, ‘1604’,      ‘160510’,  ‘160530’,  ‘160540’,  and ‘160590’. 1.4.2007   2.      Further, for items included in this Public Notice, the last date for filing applications on time shall be 30.1.2009 or time period permitted in Para 3.19.1 of HBP v1 (RE2007) / Para 3.23.10 of HBP v1 (RE2008), whichever is later.   This issues in Public interest.
