TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY (PART­I, SECTION­I)    GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE                    Corrigendum to Public Notice No. 4 dated 17.4.08                  Dated:  23­4­2008   In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the   Foreign Trade Policy, 2004­09 and Paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following correction to Public Notice No. 4 dated 17.4.2008 related to Schedule of DEPB rates. It will be effective from 17­4­2008.                 1.                  Sl. No. 1 of PN – 4 dated 17.4.2008 stands corrected to read as under:­   Export of Skimmed Milk Product (SMP), Casein and any other Milk Product under Sl.
