Subject: Corrigendum to Public Notice No. 62, dated 08.10.2007

S.O.(E) – In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraphs 2.1, 2.4 and 2.29 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004­2009,  the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby amends Para 1 and Para 3 of Public Notice No. 62(RE­2007)/2004­2009, dated 08.10.2007 (regarding export of  a total quantity of 10,000 MTs of White Sugar to EU) by the following:   2.         Para 1   “2006­2007 season’s production” replaced by “2007­2008 season’s production”.   3.         Para 3               Para 3 is replaced by the following:    “3.       As regards Special Certification requirement, entries to be made in document EUR and GSP are as follows : ­   “Application of Regulation (EC) No. 950/2006, ACP/India Sugar, Serial No. 09.4337.”   4.         This issues in Public Interest.    (R.S. GUJRAL) Director General of Foreign Trade And Ex­Officio Additional Secretary to the Govt. of India   (Issued from F.No.01/91/180/879/AM’08/PC.III)
