Amendment in Public Notice No. 57(RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 25.9.2006.

TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTEE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART I SECTION ­ I   GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE NEW DELHI   PUBLIC NOTICE NO.82(RE­2006)/2004­2009 NEW DELHI DATED THE 7TH FEBRUARY, 2007   SO(E):              In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004­2009, as amended, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in the Public Notice No.57(RE­2006)/2004­2009, dated 25th September, 2006 with immediate effect :                           Paragraph 1 shall be amended as follows : ­   “In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.1, 2.4 and 2.29 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004­2009, the Directorate General of Foreign Trade hereby allocates a quantity of 3912 MT of white sugar out of free sale portion of 2005­06 season’s production and 6088 MT of white sugar out of free sale portion of 2006­07 season’s production for export to EU as preferential white sugar quota for the year 2006­07.”   2.         This issues in public interest.     (BHAWANI SINGH MEENA) DIRECTOR GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE AND EX­OFFICIO ADDITIONAL SECRETARY TO THE GOVT. OF INDIA           (Issued From F.No. 01/91/180/946/AM06/PC­III/Vol­I)
