Amendments in the application form APPENDIX-17D for Target plus Scheme for exports effected during 2005-06

TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY (PART­I, SECTION­1)   GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE NEW DELHI PUBLIC NOTICE No. 44(RE­2006)/2004­09        Dated 22nd August, 2006   In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004­09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following corrections/amendments in the application form Appendix 17 D for Target Plus Scheme for Exports Effected during 2005­06, notified vide Public Notice 22(RE2006) dated 15.06.2006.   1.                 Row 06 of Sr. No 6 of the Application Form (Appendix 17D) for Target Plus Scheme for Exports Effected during 2005­06, is replaced as under:   Row 06 Eligible  Export  for  Duty  Free  Credit Entitlement (in Rupees) =(Row 04 – Row 05)       2.                 In the Notes contained in the Application Form (Appendix 17D) for Target Plus Scheme for Exports Effected during 2005­06, in Note 4 (i) the words ‘Rs 10 Crores’ are replaced by the words “Rs 5 Crores’. This issues in Public interest.
