Amendments in Para 3.19.1 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I)/ addition of new entries 2004-09

TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY (PART­I, SECTION­1)   GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE   PUBLIC NOTICE  NO. 81 (RE­2005) /2004­2009 NEW DELHI DATED THE 12th  JANUARY, 2006           In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004­2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I):   1.       Para 3.19.1 is amended to read as under:   “The application for grant of credit under Vishesh Krishi Upaj Yojana may be made to the licensing authority concerned in the Aayaat Niryaat Form along with the documents prescribed therein.  The applicant may file one or more applications subject to the condition that each application shall contain not more than 25 shipping bills.  All the shipping bills in any one application must relate to exports made from one Customs House only.  The last date for filing such applications shall be 31st March 2006 in respect of exports made during 2004­05”   2.       After the existing entry at Sl.No.618 which reads as under   618 08.618 23069026 Oil cake and Oil cake meal of Sal Fat/Oil   the following new entries shall be added:   619 08.619 12079930 Niger Seed 620 08.620 15179010 Sal Fat (Processed or Refined)
