Subject: Procedure for import of various items under Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ).

   In exercise of powers conferred under Para 2.4 of Foreign Trade Policy, 2004­2009, the DGFT makes the following amendments in Para 2.61 of the Handbook of Procedures ,Vol I :   1.The following line will be added at the end of para 3 :    “For the financial year 2005­06, the last date for submission of application forms alongwith the required / prescribed  documents has been extended to 12th December, 2005.”                          This issues in the Public interest .         (K.T.CHACKO) Director General of Foreign Trade And ex­officio Additional Secretary to the Government of India         (Issued From File No. 01/89/180/0001/AM04/PC IA)
