Correction in the Schedule of DEPB rates

TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY (PART­I, SECTION­1)   GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE   PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 23 (RE­2005) /2004­2009   NEW DELHI, dated : 20.06.2005             In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004­09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following correction in the Schedule of DEPB rates.           1. DEPB rate at Serial number 2 of the Product Code 66 as notified by the Public notice No. 12 Dated 26 May , 2005 is corrected to read as 5( Five) percent.     This issues in public interest.    (K.T. Chacko) Director General of Foreign Trade And Ex­officio Additional Secretary to the Govt. of India     Copy to all concerned.   (Issued from File No.01/85/162/54/AM05/DES VI)
