2001-2002 as a blank year in the monitoring of EOU/ EPZ/ EHTP/ STP and SEZ’s.

TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY (PART –1, SECTION­1) GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE & INDUSTRY     PUBLIC NOTICE NO.  70 (RE­01)/ 1997­2002 NEW DELHI, the  8th   February,2002     In  exercise  of    powers  conferred  under  Paragraph  4.11  of  the  Export  and  Import  Policy  1997­2002,  as  notified  in  the  Gazette  of  India extraordinary, Part­II Section 3, Sub section (ii) vide S.O. No.283(E) dated 31.03.1997, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies the following arrangements:­   1)             It has been decided to treat 2001­2002 as a blank year and monitoring of NFE of the EOU/EPZ/EHTP/STP and SEZ units is  deferred for one year i.e 1.4.2001 to 31.3.2002.     This issues in public interest.         Sd/       (N.L.Lakhanpal) Director General of Foreign Trade Copy to all concerned, By orders etc.         (Bipin Menon) Dy. Director General of Foreign Trade
