(TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART I SECTION 1 )   GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE & INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE   PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 28 ( RE­2001)/1997­2002.
