(TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART­1­SECTION­1)   GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE & INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE   PUBLIC NOTICE NO.36(RE­2001)/1997­2002 NEW DELHI : DATED :  03/10/2000.            Attention is invited to Paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy 1997­2002, as amended and  Paragraphs 7.8 and 7.10 of the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.1, 1997­2002, as amended and also to the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 1997­2002, as amended from time to time.   2.       In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy 1997­2002, as amended, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments/modifications and additions in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 1997­2002, as amended.   3.       In the statement of Standard Input Output Norms as contained in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 1997­2002, as amended, amendments/ corrections at appropriate places as mentioned in Annexure "A” to this Public Notice shall be made.   4.       In the statement of Standard Input Output Norms, following additions shall be made at appropriate places as mentioned below:­   CHEMICALS AND ALLIED PRODUCTS            After the existing entry at Sl.No.A­2469, the new entries from Sl.No.A­2470 to A­ 2475  shall be added as per Annexure ”B” to this Public Notice.   ENGINEERING PRODUCTS            After the existing entry at Sl.No.C­1545, the new entries from Sl.No.C­1546    to A­1548 shall be added as per Annexure ”C” to this Public Notice.   FOOD  PRODUCTS            After the existing entry at Sl.No.E­74, the new entries  from  Sl. No. E­75 to E­80 shall be added as per Annexure ”D” to this Public Notice.           PLASTIC  PRODUCTS            After the existing entry at Sl.No.H­416, the new entries from  Sl.No.H­417 to H­421 shall be added as per Annexure ”E” to this Public Notice.
