TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY (PART­I, SECTION­1)   GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY PUBLIC NOTICE No. 1 (RE­2000) /1997­2002 NEW DELHI: the 31st March, 2000   In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997­2002, as notified in the Gazette of India extraordinary, Part­II­ Section 3 – Sub­ section (ii) vide S.O No. 283(E) dated 31.3.97, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1) (Revised Edition­March,2000) as contained in Annexure to this Public Notice. This shall come into force from 1st April, 2000.
