Amendments in Public Notice No.18 dated 1.7.1999

TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY ( PART­I, SECTION­I)   GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 25 (RE­99) /1997­2002 Dated :28th July,1999 In  exercise  of  the  powers  conferred  under  paragraph  4.11  of  the  Export  and  Import  Policy,  1997­2002,  as  notified  in  the  Gazette  of  India extraordinary,  Part­II,  Section  3­  Sub­  Section  (ii)  vide  S.O.  No.283(E)  dated  31.3.97,  the  Director  General  of  Foreign  Trade  hereby  makes  the following amendments in the Public Notice No.18 (RE:99)/1997­2002 dated 1st July, 1999: (i) The words Talcher – II and Talcher –II Transmission Projects" appearing in the Subject of the said Public Notice shall be substituted by Talcher – II , Talcher – II Transmission Projects and Sasaram HVDC East­North Interconnector project.
