Substitution of Appendix 27,29 & 36

ADVANCE COPY     (TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART – I, SECTION – I.)   GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE   PUBLIC NOTICE NO.43 (RE : 98)/1997­2002 NEW DELHI : DATED THE 25th SEPTEMBER, 1998     In  exercise  of  powers  conferred  under  Paragraph  4.11  of  the Export and Import Policy, 1997­2002, as notified in the Gazette of India extraordinary, Part – II, Section – 3 – Sub­section (ii) vide S.O. No. 283(E) dated 31.3.1997, the Director General of Foreign  Trade  hereby  makes  following  amendment  in  the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1) (RE : 98), 1997­2002.   "Appendix 27, 29 and 36 shall be substituted by Appendix 27, 29 and 36 as given in the Annexures to this Public Notice.   2. This issues in Public interest.
