Addition of Silk waste against Sr. 38 in Schedule 2 Appendix I of ITC (HS) Classification of Export &Import items 1997-2002

TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY PART I SECTION I   GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE   PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 36(RE)/1997­2002. NEW DELHI, DATED THE 2ND SEPTEMBER, 1998.     In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule 2 Appendix I of the Book titled "ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import Items 1997-2002." 2. The follwing entry shall be added as S. No.38 in the Schedule 2 Appendix I of the Book titled " ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import Items 1997-2002."       38. Silk Waste Exports allowed only against a valid registration Certificate issued in this regard by the Member Secretary, Central Silk Board or his authorised respresentatives.   3.
