The following shall be added as an agency after serial number 21 under Appendix 32A. 22) Moody International (India) Pvt. Ltd. C45, Friends Colony, New Delhi110065. 2. The following shall be added as an agency after serial number 15 under list of IS/ISO 9000(series) Certification agencies of Appendix 32B 16) ABS Quality Evaluation Inc,

The following shall be added as an agency after serial number (a) under list of HACCP Certification agencies of Appendix 32B. b) Export Inspection Agencies/Export Inspection Councils. 4. Paragraph 7.5 shall be amended to read as under: The licensing authorities may issue duty free licences where Standard Input Output Norms are not fixed, based on the recommendation of adhoc norms by RALC/ZALC till the norms are standardised or adhoc norms are fixed by

(g) All notified Airports/Sea ports/ICDs under DEPB Scheme located in a particular district other than those mentioned in subparagraph (a) to (f). 8. Paragraph 12.2. (b) shall be amended to read as under Application for grant of certificates for Export House shall be filed with the concerned regional licensing authorities headed by Joint DGFT. However, application for grant of certificate for TH/STH/SSTH shall be filed with the Director General of Foreign Trade.
