S.O. (E)- In exercise of powers conferred under Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and

2. The condition of the Policy as indicated in column 4 against Exim Code No. 27101111, 27101112, 27101113, 27100019, 27101920, 27101930, under the heading 2710 would stand amended and would read as below: "Import allowed through IOC, subject to para 2.11 of the Exim Policy, except for the companies who have been granted rights for marketing of transportation fuels in terms of Min. of P&NG’s Resolution No.P- 23015/1/2001-MKT. Dated 8.3.2002".
