(E) :In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 5 of the Foreign Trade ( Development & Regulations) Act, 1992 ( No. 22 of 1992 ) read with Paragraph 1.3 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, as amended , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002. In partial modification of the Notification No. 19(RE-99)/1997-2002, dated 8th July, 1999, the entry at ITC Code No. 0703 in " ITC(HS) Classification of Export and Import Items ( 1997-2002 , incorporating amendments made upto 31st August, 1998 ) at Schedule 2 table B", 0703 Onions Canalized a. Export of Banglore rose onions through M/s Karnataka State Agricultural Produce Processing and Export Corporation Ltd (KAPPEC Ltd) for 5000(five thousands only) MTs per month for two months (upto 7th September 1999) .
