In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act,1992 (No.22 of 1992) read with paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy,1997-2002, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule 2 Table B of the book titled "ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items 1997-2002": "The entry against Code No.1207, relating to export of Niger Seeds shall be amended to read as under: Code No. ITEM POLICY NATURE OF RESTRICTION 1207 Niger Seeds Canalised Exports through TRIFED in accordance with the directions issued by DGFT from time to time
