Case No. 1:  M/s Crompton Greaves Ltd. Mumbai

File No. 01/53/8/672/AM­10/C­68/IC PIC Meeting No.30­A/AM11 dated: 09.12.2011 Subject: Request for transfer of aircraft to M/s. Avantha Holding Limited, New Delhi within the period of two years of its imports.     The committee noted that M/s Crompton Greaves Ltd. Mumbai has requested for transfer of aircraft  imported by them and subjected to AU condition their holding company M/s. Avantha Holding Limited, New Delhi on account of restructuring in their organization before the stipulated period of two years on the import authorization. The committee relaxed the condition of actual user and granted permission to transfer the air craft to the holding company before the period of two years.
