Subject:­  Correction/amendment in PRC Meeting No. 29/AM12 held  on  18.11.2011 under the Chairmanship of D.G.F.T.

              The undersigned is directed to refer to Minutes of the PRC Meeting No. 29/AM12 held on 18.11.2011, under the Chairmanship of Dr. A.K. Pujari, Director General of  Foreign Trade and to intimate that while recording the minutes for Case at S.No. 26 M/s. Reliance Infrastructure Limited Mumbai, an error was occurred inadvertently  and the same may be read as under:­               As in the PRC minutes               Corrected version of PRC minutes

nos,  of  MT  4400  AC    Left  Hand  Drive Dumpers from USA   “In continuation  of  decision  of  PRC  in  its meeting  held  on  2.8.2011,  the  committee decided  to  relax  provisions  of  ILN  No.  7, 2(II)  (a)  (i)  (ii)  (iii)  and  (b)  of  ILN  under Chapter  87  of  ITC(HS)  for    import  of  55 nos,  of  MT  4400  AC    Left  Hand  Drive Dumpers  from  USA.  However,  conditions of  EPCG  authorization  would  need  to  be adhered to by the applicant.”

import  of  55  nos.  of  MT  4400  AC    Left Hand Drive Dumpers from USA   “In continuation  of  decision  of  PRC  in  its meeting  held  on  2.8.2011,  the  committee decided  to  relax  provisions  of  ILN  No.  7, 2(II)  (a)  (i)  (ii)  (iii)  and  (b)  of  ILN  under Chapter  87  of  ITC(HS)  for    import  of  55 nos,  of  MT  4400  AC    Left  Hand  Drive Dumpers from USA.               This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
