Subject:­  Correction/amendment in PRC Meeting No. 03/11 held  on   29.07.2010 under the Chairmanship of D.G.F.T.

              The undersigned is directed to refer to Minutes of the PRC Meeting No. 03/11 held  on   29.07.2010, under the Chairmanship of Shri R.S. Gujral, Director General of  Foreign Trade and to intimate that while recording the minutes for Case at S.No. 29 of  M/s. Yash Raj Films Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai, an error was erupted inadvertently  and the same may be read as under:­               From                 To

Subject:  Request  for  extension  in  validity  of

following SFIS Scrips: Scrip No. Date Expiry date 0310466056 30.5.2008 30.5.2010 0310466057 25.3.2008 25.3.2010   The Committee discussed the matter at length and the following decision was taken: The Committee considered the fact that there is an economic  slowdown  and  accordingly  decided  to take  a  lenient  view  to  revalidate  the  SFIS  scrip No.  0310466056  dated  30.5.2008  and  No. 0310466057  dated  25.3.2008  for  six  months  from the date of endorsement on the SFIS scrips with a deduction of 5% of balance unutilized value of the duty  credit  scrips.  However,  the  applicant  to approach RA immediately within the next 15 days of  communication  of  PRC  decision  and  RA  shall endorse  the  revalidation  of  SFIS  Scrips  No. 0310466056  dated  30.5.2008  and  No.  0310466057 dated  25.3.2008  within  a  maximum  of  7  days thereafter.
