                  on 18.05.2009 under the Chairmanship of the                   D.G.F.T. (Case No. 17) & (Case 63).                             …………………                 In partial modification to the recommendations made by PRC in its meeting no. 01/AM10 dated 18.05.2009 held under the chairmanship of Director General of Foreign Trade, the recommendations in respect of item at Sl. No. 17 and 63 pertaining to M/s. Hind Terminals Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai and   M/s. Andhra Sugar Ltd., Andhra Pradesh respectively,   may be  read as under:  

Case No. 17: M/s. Hind Terminals Pvt. Ltd.

  “The  Committee  considered  the  request  of  the  firm  and  decided  to  grant  permission  for  import  of  2  Nos.  of  Linde  Reach  Stackers  as  per  Import Licensing Note 7 of Chapter 87, with exemption from the production of Type Approval Certificate.”
