CORRIGENDUM

Subject: Correction/amendment in PRC Meeting No. 09/AM08 held on

               30.1.2008 under the Chairmanship of DGFT. 

In partial modification in the minutes of the PRC meeting no. 9/08 held on 30.1.2008 under the chairmanship of the Director General of Foreign Trade, the minutes for case at Sl. No. 13 of M/s. Lyka Labs Limited, Mumbai may be read as under:

“The committee noted that the firm has fulfilled more than 100% of EO both qty. wise and value wise, as claimed by the firm. Therefore Committee decided to extend the EO period in respect of advance licence No. 0310059642 dt . 06.11.2000 for a period of 13 months from the date of expiry or upto 30.9.2004 for regularization purpose subject to payment of composition fee @ 5% per months, rather that 2% on the duty saved amount vis-à-vis the export made after the valid EOP and also subject to verification by RA of exports claimed to have made within the original EOP.”
