Alignment of Appendix 4R with the Finance Act, 2021 with effect from 01.01.2022 S.O.(E): In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with Para 1.02 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20, the Central Government hereby notifies an Appendix 4R which is aligned with the Finance Act , 2021. This Appendix 4R shall be effective from 01.01.2022.
