  1.     Further D/o C&PC intimated that there was some typographical error occurred in their earlier comments furnished vide OM

No. 46011/12/2007-PC.II dated 30.04.2013. The quantity of Import Item No. 2 – UV Master Batch was wrongly mentioned as 0.499 kg. They have recommended for amendment in the quantity of Import Item No. 2 – UV Master Batch to read as “0.0499 kg” instead of ‘0.499 kg’.

  1.     In view of above, the Committee decided to amend the quantity of Import Item No. 2 – UV Master Batch of Advance

Licence No. 0310723099 dated 06.02.2013 (M/s Rishi Techtex Ltd., Mumbai; Hqrs. F. No. 01/87/050/00451/AM13; RLA F.No. 03/95/040/00737/AM13/). Accordingly, the Committee decided to revise the norms earlier approved by NC in its Meeting No. 6/AM14 held on 08.05.2013 (Case No. 27/50/87-ALC1/2012) to read as under:
