Further D/o C&PC has sought for clarification regarding consideration of request of firm for inclusion of Coal in the inputs against export of Polyester Chips which is covered under SION H – 207.

                 NC-7 referred this matter to Policy Interpretation Committee (PIC).  PIC in its Meeting dated 17.05.2013,

Chaired by DG decided that Coal as an input is not allowed. Accordingly, the Committee decided to reject the request of firm for inclusion of Coal as an input. Rest of the inputs will be permitted by RA as per SION H – 207.
