Subject:- Updation of Mobile number & E-mail id associated with DPD

Registration – reg. आयातकों, निर्यातकों, सामान्य व्यापार, पोर्ट टटर्मिनल ऑपरेटटरों, शिपिंग लाइनों / शिपिंग एजेंटटों, जेएनसीएच, न्हावा शेवा के अधिकार क्षेत्र में आने वाले सीएफएस और अन्य सभी हितधारकों का ध्यान डीपीडी पंजीकरण के ओटटीडीआई मॉड्यूल की ओर आकर्षित किया जाता है। Attention of the Importers, Exporters, General Trade, Port Terminal Operators, Shipping Lines / Shipping Agents, CFSs coming under the jurisdiction of JNCH, Nhava Sheva and all other stakeholders is invited to the OTDI Module of DPD Registration. १. "वन टटाइम डिफॉल्टट इंटिमेशन" और "72 घंटटे पूर्व सूचना" के संबंध में प्रक्रिया को मजबूत करने के लिए, JNCH ने सार्वजनिक सूचना संख्या 13/2020 दिनांक 23.01.2020 के माध्यम से "ऑनलाइन मॉड्यूल" पेश किया। इस मॉड्यूल के माध्यम से, आयातक CFS में बदलाव के लिए आधिकारिक ईमेल पते के माध्यम से ओटटीडीआई / 72 घंटटे पूर्व सूचना अनुरोध प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं। अपने आधिकारिक ईमेल आईडी से ईमेल भेजने वाले आयातक की प्रामाणि कता सुनिश्चि त करने के लिए एक और सुरक्षा उपाय के रूप में, आयातकों के पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर एक ओटटीपी भेजा जाएगा। इस सत्यापन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से आयातक की प्रामाणि कता पूरी होने पर, सीएफएस में बदलाव के लिए कोई भी अनुरोध JNCH वेबसाइटट पर उपलब्ध डेटटा तालिका में वास्तविक समय के आधार पर अपडेटट हो जाएगा। CUS/RMSF/MISC/19/2025-RMS Facilitation Center-O/o-Commissioner-Cus-Nhava Sheva-III I/2671798/2025 17

To strengthen the process with regards to "One Time Default Intimation" and "72 hrs prior intimation", JNCH introduced the "online module" vide Public Notice No. 13/2020 dated 23.01.2020. Through this module, importers can submit the OTDI / 72 hrs prior intimation request through official email address for change of CFS. As a further safeguard to ensure authenticity of the Importer having sent email from his official email id., an OTP would be sent to the registered mobile number of importers. On completion of authenticity of the Importer through this verification process, any request for change of CFS will get updated on real time basis in the data table available on JNCH website. २. हाल ही में, यह हमारे ध्यान में लाया गया है कि कुछ ई-मेल आईडी कई डीपीडी पंजीकरणों के साथ पंजीकृत हैं जो बेईमान हितधारकों द्वारा वर्तमान प्रणाली के संभावित दुरुपयोग के बारे में संदेह पैदा करता है। इसलिए, व्यापार को सुविधाजनक बनाने और पारदर्शिता में सुधार करने के लिए, इस कार्यालय ने स्वतः ही ऐसे मोबाइल नंबरों और ई-मेल आईडी को आयातक के आईईसी पंजीकरण डेटटा में उपलब्ध मोबाइल नंबरों और ई-मेल आईडी में बदलने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है। आयातक के पास अपने पंजीकृत ई-मेल आईडी के माध्यम से आवश्यक दस्तावेज जमा करने के साथ प्रक्रिया के अनुसार इसे बदलने का विकल्प होगा। 2. Recently, it has been brought to our notice that few e-mail ids are registered with multiple DPD Registrations which creates suspicion about the possible misuse of present system by unscrupulous stakeholders. Therefore, to facilitate the trade and improve the transparency, this office has suo-moto initiated the process of changing such mobile numbers and e-mail ids to mobile numbers and e-mail ids available in IEC Registration data of Importer. Importer will have the option to get it changed as per the procedure with submission of requisite documents through their registered e-mail ids.
