Meeting No. 48/87-NC-7/2011 of NORMS COMMITTEE (NC-7) dealing with ‘Plastic & Rubber Products’ held on 29.02.2012 under the Chairmanship of Dr. L.B. Singhal, Jt. DGFT, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi-110011. Following officers attended the Meeting:

Decision: DIPP vide letter dated 29.02.2012 has stated that the information furnished by the firm vide letter dated 23.11.2012 has been examined and it is observed that the applicant firm has not furnished the information pertaining to the consumption of each raw material separately for the manufacture of Low Pressure Tubing / Hose but in the combined form, that is, the sum total consumption of “Rubber Chemicals/Misc. Chemicals etc.” as also sum total consumption of “Dyes and Pigments, Textile Yarn, Filler etc.” have been indicated.

                    In view of the above, the Committee decided to ask firm to furnish the information pertaining to quantity of

Production of Low Pressure Rubber Tubing/Hose vis-à-vis consumption, of all raw material separately (both imported and indigenous) for the past three years, year wise, duly signed by a Chartered Accountant within 15 days.
