Meeting No. 19/87-NC-7/2011 of NORMS COMMITTEE (NC-7) dealing with ‘Plastic & Rubber Products’ held on 10.08.2011 under the Chairmanship of Dr. L.B. Singhal, Jt. DGFT, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi-110011. Following officers attended the Meeting:

Decision: The Committee considered the request of firm for revision of norms fixed by NC in Meeting No. 11/AM12 dated 15.06.2011 and it was observed that since the norms have already been fixed by NC as per SION H-60 and also the export product and import items are the same as mentioned in SION H-60, hence there is no justification in the request of firm for revision of norms. Therefore, the Committee decided to reject the case maintaining the earlier decision taken in Meeting No. 11/AM12 held on 15.06.2011.
