This Corrigendum is issued to rectify error in the Minutes of the Norms Committee Meeting No.NC/6/MEET/Feb/202526/18 dated 17.02.2026 held under the Chairmanship of Shri Lokesh HD, Addi. DGFT 2. The error concerns the Norms Committee-VI decisions where Import Item Quantity was mentioned in MTS in place of KGS. 3. Case No.27: SAMAN TEA PRIVATE LIMITED

NC considered the case as per the agenda and decided to fix the norms based on the comments of the Technical Authority i.e. Tech-2, allowing the following inputs: Export Export Item Name Quantity Import Import Item Name Quantity Serial No. ( KOS) Serial No. (KOS) BLENDED BLACK 1.0 Kg. 1. I BLACK TEA I 1. TEA 0.833 Kg. I. Each Kg. exported tea shall contain 0.833 kg. of imported tea. 2. The grade, quality and origin of imported tea should match with the tea exported. 3. The above fixation of adhoc norms is valid for the present application under Para 4.06 of HBP 2023 & norms are valid for one year from the date of uploading the minutes on the DGFT website. 4. No Advance Authorisation should be issued on a repeat basis based on the fixation of above mentioned adhoc norms. 5. Other regulations of FTP/ HBP, 2023, like Value Addition, Pre-import condition & Appendix 4J conditions should also be complied with. RA may take subsequent consequential action accordingly.
