CORRIGENDUM

Subject: Corrigendum in_ respect of Minutes of Norms Committee Meeting No.NC/6/MEET/Dee/202526/15 dated 23.12.2025 and Meeting No.NC/6/MEET/Jan/202526/16 dated 20.01.2026.

This Corrigendum is issued to rectify errors in the Minutes of the Norms Committee Meeting No.NC/6/MEET/Dec/202526/15 dated 23.12.2025 and Meeting No.NC/6/MEET/Jan/202526/16 dated 20.01.2026 held under the Chairmanship of Shri Lokesh HD, Addl. DGFT.

2 The error concern the Norms Committee-VI decisions where details regarding export quantity, import item quantity/description were inaccurately/inadvertently interchanged/included.

1. The above fixation of adhoc norms is valid for present application under Para 4.06 of HBP 2023 & norms are valid for one year from the date of uploading the minutes in DGFT website.

2. No Advance Authorisation should be issued on repeat basis based on the fixation of above mentioned adhoc norms.

3. All Policy conditions including VA, Appendix 4J conditions etc. also to be met, wherever applicable.

RA may take subsequent consequential action accordingly
