MEETING No. NC/6/MEET/Jul/202526/7 DATED: 07/08/2025 Please Note For information of exporters, Norms Committee - VI handles all cases pertaining to fixation/ratification of norms for Export Products falling under ITC (HS) Chapter 1 to 26, 94 to 98 .Communications in respect of cases/pertaining to NC- VI may be sent to email address: nc6.dgft@nic.in I. The Norms Committee has taken decision only with respect to technical aspect/wastage norms. While redeeming the applications, RAs should check that the applicant has fulfilled all requirements as prescribed in policy/procedure including those in Policy Circulars issued from time to time or any other provisions under FTP/HBP for EODC. II. Wherever the Committee has fixed Norms, the concerned RA may ensure that AA is issued on the wastages/consumption as ratified by the Committee or as per wastages claimed in the application, whichever is less.   3. The above fixation of adhoc norms is valid for the present application under Para 4.06 of HBP 2023 & norms are valid for one year from the date of uploading the minutes on the DGFT website.
  4. No Advance Authorisation should be issued on a repeat basis based on the fixation of the above- mentioned adhoc norms.
  5. Other regulations of FTP / HBP 2023, like Value Addition, Pre-import condition & Appendix 4J conditions, should also be complied with. RA may take suitable consequential action accordingly.
