4. The above-mentioned licence holders, as detailed in Table in Para | are requested to submit the following documents by email to jnch-dmc@gov.in through their entity-based email id so that verification can be completed while exporters may submit the original documents in due course.

List of documents for detailed verification:

I. EODC/Redemption Letter

• Il. ANF 4F duly certified by Chartered Accountant

• Ill. DEEC License along with duty debit speech

• IV. Copy of S/Bs (ARE-1 in case deemed exports)

• V. Bank Realization Certificate

• VI. Incase third party export (documents as per FTP 2015-20)

• VIL. Other relevant documents submitted to DGFT.

The Bond and Bank Guarantee will be released after the submission of original documents, as detailed above.

It is hereby informed that the bond submitted against the above said advance authorization in TSK/JNCH shall be forwarded to DMC, JNCH for placing in concerned file for closure/disposal of advance authorization.
