Wherever applicable, a scanned copy of such document has been placed at the end of the Minutes, in running serial orders. The concerned firm/company may go through the same and respond accordingly. (iii) Similarly, a scanned copy of the blank Standard Deficiency Format, which may find a reference in NC decisions, has also been attached in the end.
