Meeting No. 04/17 for the licensing year 2016-17 held on 19.05.2016 to consider cases under Duty Exemption Schemes (Chapter-4) of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20 pertaining to Food & Mics. Products under the Chairmanship of Sh. S. K. Samal. Jt. DGFT. Following members were present in the meeting.

Minutes of NC meeting No. 03/17 of NC-6 dated 05-05-2016 were accepted and approved by the committee. Agenda for individual cases was taken up for discussion. Decision taken in each case is enumerated below. Ad-hoc norms fixed in this meeting are valid for a period of 2 years reckoned from the date of ratification as per para 4.12(a)(vi) of Hand book of procedure (vol-1) 2015-20 updated as on 01.04.2015.
