DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE DES­VI (FOOD & MISC) Minutes of the meeting No. 19/14 of NC­VI dated on 12.12.2013 Meeting No. 19/14 for the licensing year 2013­14 to consider cases under Duty Exemption Schemes (Chapter­4) of Foreign Trade Policy 2009­ 14 pertaining to Misc. & Food Products was held on 12.12.2013  under the Chairmanship of Sh. S.K.Samal. Jt. DGFT. Following members were present in the meeting. LTD Meet No/Date:19/85­ALC3/2013 12.12.2013 Status: HQ File :01/85/050/247/AM09 RLA File :02/24/40/251/AM09 Lic.No/Date:0210122583 27.01.2009 Deferred  It was noted that  the norms of this case have already  been fixed by the  NC in its meeting  held on 15.5.2009. However firm’s request  for   reconsideration of  enhancement of   norms  was  discussed in the meeting.. The representative of  the firm Ms.  Romola Bhattacharya, Director, appeared  before Norms committee for personal hearing and pleaded that import item flavour  should be permitted  as per requirement of  the buyer.  The committee heard  and  requested  them to furnish  a copy of export order indicating 4% flavour content in the export product as  being requested for import.  The case is deferred and to be placed before NC on 09.01.2014.   2 723
