Sought further details of the product and its ITC (HS) code to examine the matter.     In respect of  point no (i)  it was decided  to  seek comments from Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries and in respect of point  no (ii) to  seek  information from the firm. The case is deferred and to be placed before the committee on 28.3.2013.       1168
