Attention of all exporters/importers, Customs Brokers, CFSs, Custodians, General Trade, Partner Government Agencies (PGA) under the jurisdiction of Mumbai Customs Zone-II, JNCH, all other stakeholders and all the tax payers is invited to ICES Advisory No: 12/2024 issued on 22.07.2024 regarding updating Union Budget 2024-25 in the ICES system. As per the advisory, the filing of Bills of Entry was not available in ICEGATE from 11:00 AM on 23.07.2024 till the completion of updating of all changes in ICES. 2. In this regard, it is observed that some importers could not file the Bill of Entry due to this non-availability of the the system. 3. In view of the above, "late Fee" imposable in terms of Bills of Entry (Forms) amendment Regulations, 2017 vide Notification No.

In view of the above, "late Fee" imposable in terms of Bills of Entry (Forms) amendment Regulations, 2017 vide Notification No. 27/2017-Customs (N.T.) dated 31.03.2017 will be waived off in respect of Bills of Entry, filed belatedly, which pertains to IGMs filed from 11:00 AM on 23.07.2024 till 04:00 PM on 24.07.2024. The necessary compliance is to be done by DC/AC of the concerned Groups.

2. In this regard, it is observed that some importers could not file the Bill of Entry due to this non-availability of the the system.

3. This Public Notice should be considered as Standing Order for the concerned Officers and Staff of this Custom House.

4. In case of any difficulty, the same may be brought to the notice of Additional Commissioner in charge of Appraising Main (Import), NS-I (email address: appraisingmain.jnch@gov.in) or Additional Commissioner of Customs, EDI, JNCH (email address: edi@jawaharcustoms.gov.in).
