At the outset the Minutes of NC-V Meetings No.05/AM-15 dated 07.05.2015 were taken up for ratification. As there was no amendment to the same, the above referred minutes were adopted for implementation by the Committee without any amendment. The Committee also noted that the firm has represented against the NC decision dated 08.01.2015 and requested to visit their factory by a Team of Technical Officers, if so required, so that they can assess the total actual production wastage @ 18.38% which is genuinely justified. It is also noted that the processing flow chart is not submitted by the firm which required to calculate the quantity of inputs. in view of above, the Committee after deliberation decided to find out precedent, if available.
