Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that the requirement of inputs for export item number 1 is very high. The technical authorities wants to see the same for enable them to calculate requirement of inputs for export item lee he

number1. Therefore it was decided to ask the firm for sample of export item number 1. The matter is deferred for 16.04.2015.

Fixation of input output norms in respect of Annual Advance Authorization No. 0510381003 dated 05.03.2014. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and went through the details submitted by the firm. The applicant firm has requested for acceptance of alternate export product for consideration of export obligation in Advance Authorisation No. 0510183176 dated 17.05.2006. As per documents submitted by the firm AA No. 0510183176 dated 23.05.2006 was issued to the firm to allow import of 300MT of American Raw Cotton for fulfillment of export obligation by making the export of 198MT of Cotton Yarn of 30 and above count. Export and import have been completed in this AA.
