export obligation by Advance and EPCG Authorisation Holders - reg: Attention of all the Authorisation Holders under Advance Authorisation Scheme and EPCG Scheme is once again invited to the Public Notice No. 02/2023 dated 01.04.2023, Public Notice No. 20/2023 dated 30.06.2023 issued by DGFT and Public Notice No. 47/2023 dated 25.05.2023, 76/ 2023 and 100/2023 dated 07.11.2023 issued by Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House on above mentioned subject. Copy to: To, The DGFT vide their Public Notice No. 02/2023 dated 01.04.2023 had announced Amnesty Schemne for one time settlement of default in export obligation by Advance and EPCG Authorisation Holders". The last date for registering under the said scheme was 30.06.2023 and payment of Customs duty along with interest was to be completed by 30.09.2023 which was subsequently extended to 31.12.2023 for registration and 31.03.2024 for completing the payment vide their Public Notice No. 20/2023 dated 30.06.2023. All the Authorisation holder who have registered themselves under Amnesty Scheme are once again requested to complete the payment of applicable duty and interest immediately without waiting for last date i.e. 31st March 2024. List of Authorization holders who have not paid till date is annexed in "Annexure A".
