Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and went through the details submitted in this case. The case was earlier examined by the committee in its meeting held on 30.01.2014 and ratified the said authorization on repeat basis as per decision taken in NC meeting No. 45/AM-13 held on 14.02.2013 in respect of Advance Authorisation No.3010090274 dated 05.12.2012.Vide their letter dated 24 Feb, 2014 the firm has pointed out that there is some typing error in our decision taken in NC meeting dated 30.01.2014 for ratifying the said authorization. According to the firm the import quantity of item serial no. | (i.e. Acrylic Fibre 2-4D) should be 2,50,000 Kgs instead of 1,87,000 Kgs. For export item Acrylic Dyed yarn 3,00,000 Kgs.
