Minutes of NC-V meeting held on 30.10.2014
The meeting No.28/AM-15 for the licensing year 2014-15 to consider the cases under Duty Exemption Schemes (Chapter-4) was held on 30.10.2014 in Conference Room No.4 of DGFT under the Chairmanship of Shri K.C. Rout, Addl. DGFT. The following officers were

At the outset, the Minutes of NC-V Meetings No.26/AM-15 dated 09.10.2014 and Meeting No 27/AM15 dated 16.10.2014 were taken up for ratification. As there was no amendment to the same, the above referred minutes were adopted for implementation by the Committee without any amendment. The agenda for meeting No.28/AM-15 dated 30.10.2014 was taken up for discussion and the decision taken in respect of each case is enumerated below:-
